reloscan —

A mobile app that uses AR technology to calculate the cubic footage of junk items and assigns a price for its removal. The user can schedule a date and time to have their items removed by a dispatched team.

project details —

ReloScan allows a user to calculate the cubic footage of junk items using AR scanning or a cubic footage calculator. Users can then schedule a time and date for a truck and workers to come by and remove the junk based on predetermined time slots available in the app.

Some features include: the opportunity to evaluate removal prices with and without selected objects, a saved catalogue of all past orders and items that have been removed/measured through the app, and being able to create either business or personal profiles.

The app was pitched to 1-800-Got-Junk at their head office in an effort to partner up on it’s development. The next step was to get the AR technology developed, unfortunately this became too expensive and the app was put on hiatus.

I was the only designer working on this app, responsible for all design processes and assets.
